One job, done correctly

Brake cleaner was built for brakes.

Prep N Stick was built for the exact patch of wheel where a stick-on weight has to hold. The point is not another chemical on the shelf. It is one less balanced wheel coming back.

01

Prepare the bond area

Use Quick Dry for light road film and brake dust. Remove heavy grease, oil, tire lube, silicone dressing, and old adhesive before the final clean.

02

Flash dry quickly

No water rinse is required, and no residue is known to interfere with pressure-sensitive wheel-weight adhesive when used as directed.

03

Protect the finish

Use a formula intended for wheel preparation instead of reaching for a harsh general-purpose solvent.

04

Standardize the process

One product, one application method, and one documented answer when a buyer asks what the shop uses.

Remove. Clean. Prep. Stick.

Use two spray passes. Wipe away the old residue after the first. Let the second pass dry for a few seconds, then install the new weight.

Trichloroethylene was classified as a human carcinogen by the EPA and by the International Agency for Research on Cancer, and the EPA has finalized a rule banning it under the Toxic Substances Control Act. Portions of that rule covering industrial uses remain in litigation before the Third Circuit. This note describes the regulatory status of TCE, not a health claim about any CHAOS product.
