CHAOS Moto Grips
What this covers
CHAOS Moto warrants that the CHAOS Moto Pry Bar Grip, the Max Bead Breaker Grip, and the Bead Biter Tire Bar Grip are free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.
What this does not cover
Grips are a wear part. This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear from use, including gradual loss of surface texture or cushioning
- Cuts, tears, splits, or deformation caused by use
- Installation on tools other than those the grip is specified to fit
- Damage from cutting, heating, solvents, modification, or any use other than the grip's intended use on a tire bar or bead breaker
- Grips removed from service for wear rather than defect
What we will do
If a grip is defective, we will replace it. Replacement is the sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty. CHAOS Moto is not liable for labor, downtime, or any indirect or consequential loss.
How to make a claim
Email sales@chaosmoto.com or call 480.829.7888 with your order number, the product, and a photo of the grip. Keep the grip until the claim is resolved.
Fit and inspection
Each grip is specified to fit particular tools. Check fitment before installation. Inspect grips regularly and remove from service any grip showing cuts, tears, splits, or deformation. Continued use of a damaged grip is unsafe and is not covered by this warranty.
We do not publish a set replacement interval. How fast a grip wears depends on how much force goes through the bar, and bays are not the same. Low-profile and high-performance tires take more force to lift the bead over the rim, so shops running that work will replace grips more often.
Fine print
This warranty is given in place of all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state.
