Shop Math / Summer Service
How hot is your bay?
Pick your city, add your shop's heat uplift, and get one honest estimate of the afternoon conditions around your wheel-prep work.
Build your estimate.
Two inputs. The city number is approximate. The bay uplift comes from you because doors, fans, sun, and equipment make every shop different.
Choose a city to place your estimate on the mild, elevated, or high bay-heat range.
The city figure is an approximate July normal daily high from NOAA published climate normals, rounded. The bay uplift is your estimate, not ours. The result is an estimate built from those two things. It is not a measurement, and it is not a performance claim about any product. If you want the real number, hang a thermometer where you mount weights.

Before the weight goes on
Heat makes prep matter more, not less.
Hot wheels and hot bays are hard on shortcuts. Surface film spreads faster, dressing overspray travels, and pressure-sensitive adhesive gets less forgiving of whatever got left on the flange. The fix lives in the prep step, before the weight goes on.
Prep N Stick Quick Dry is built for that step: acetone based and fast evaporating, so it cleans the strip zone and flashes off without slowing the bay down. It contains no trichloroethylene and no perchloroethylene, and it is safe for all wheel finishes, including custom paint and clear coats.
Turn the estimate into action.
Read the summer failure pattern, diagnose a specific comeback, or calculate what repeat wheel work costs your shop.
