CHAOS Names Scott Givaudan Director of National Accounts; Michael Frederick Moves to New Product Development

Scott Givaudan takes over national accounts across the CHAOS line; Michael Frederick moves to Director of New Product Development.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PHOENIX, Ariz., September 21, 2026. CHAOS Supplies, the Phoenix maker of USA-made wheel-service chemicals and technician grips under the CHAOS Moto brand and operator of the CHAOSRXOptics employer safety-eyewear program, today announced two leadership changes on its sales and product team.

Scott Givaudan has been named Director of National Accounts. He now leads national accounts across the full CHAOS line: Prep N Stick Quick Dry wheel-weight adhesion cleaner, Bubble Check tire leak detector, the CHAOS Moto pry-bar grip, and the CHAOSRXOptics employer eyewear program. Givaudan joined CHAOS earlier this year as Regional Sales Manager for CHAOSRXOptics after thirty years in high-service retail, and in his first months brought two new employer eyewear programs onto the platform, including a construction employer with about 750 field workers across five states.

Michael Frederick, who joined CHAOS in 2025 as Director of National Accounts after a career on the shop floor side of the tire aftermarket, including a long tenure at Belle Tire, moves to Director of New Product Development. He will lead the next generation of CHAOS Moto grips, including custom and private-label grip programs for tire retailers and equipment manufacturers, and the product work behind the company’s chemical line.

“This is the team we’ve been building toward. Scott builds accounts. Two employer programs in his first summer tells you what he does with a lead, and now he owns the relationships across the whole line. Michael has spent his whole career on the shop floor side of this business, and he finally gets to do the thing he’s been doing in his head the whole time: tell us what the tech actually needs in his hand. There’s nobody I’d rather have deciding what we make next,” said Rich Thomas, VP of Sales, CHAOS Supplies.

“The eyewear program taught me that employers buy when their people can see the thing working. I plan to sell chemicals and grips the same way, in the bay, on a real wheel,” said Givaudan.

“I’ve spent my career on the floor side of this business listening to what techs complain about. Now I get to build the fix,” said Frederick.

The changes take effect immediately. Distributors, tire retailers, and employers with active conversations will hear from their new point of contact this week.
