Quick Dry is acetone-based, flammable, free of TCE and perc, and ships as DOT UN1090, Class 3. Follow the current SDS and TDS for handling, PPE, ventilation, and storage.

A CHAOS grip costs $24.95 for each compatible bar. Before ordering, confirm your tool model with us. During a trial, check that the grip stays in place and ask technicians about its feel and control.

Fitting a grip to an existing bar
The grip adds a non-slip handhold to a bar you already use. Before ordering, send us the equipment model and request the fitment and installation instructions. During a trial, check whether the grip stays in place, how it wears, and how technicians find it during normal work.
Two products that need a separate review
Original Prep N Stick is a water-based formula. It has a different SDS from Quick Dry, so check the product name when downloading documents or ordering. If you plan to try the original formula, request its current TDS as well.
The 7/8-inch Max Bead Breaker Grip fits a different application from the 9.2-inch Pry Bar Grip. Contact us to confirm its fit and price.

Using and storing the products
Prep N Stick Quick Dry
Use Quick Dry in a well-ventilated area. Following the TDS, shake the container, spray the wheel surface, and immediately wipe it thoroughly with a clean, dry cloth. Let the surface dry fully before applying adhesive weights.
Quick Dry is acetone-based and flammable, and is free of TCE and perc. Keep it away from heat, sparks, flames, and other ignition sources. Follow the SDS for protective equipment, ventilation, storage, and disposal. Its transport classification is DOT UN1090, Class 3.
The TDS lists a minimum shelf life of 12 months and calls for cool storage away from ignition sources. Check the age of the product before starting your trial.
Bubble Check
Spray the suspected leak area and watch for bubble growth. Mark the leak, clean the surface, and make the repair. Wipe or rinse away the remaining solution afterward. Wear eye protection and gloves, and avoid prolonged skin contact or breathing mist.
The August 7 TDS specifies storage at 40-90 F (4-32 C) and a shelf life of 12 months from the fill date. It excludes use with refrigerant, propane, natural gas, CSST, oxygen, and nitrox. Request SDS 1.0013 for the full safety and transport instructions.
CHAOS Moto Pry Bar Grip
Confirm the tool model before fitting the grip and follow the installation and care instructions supplied by CHAOS. Check for movement, looseness, tears, or damage during use. Stop using a grip that does not fit or stay in place.

Reviewing results from another shop
If you need evaluation reports for an internal review, ask us for the records relevant to your product and application. This dossier does not include completed company evaluation reports or company-wide purchasing approvals.
A useful report explains which product was tested, what it was compared with, how many jobs were observed, and how long the evaluation ran. It should include the findings, any problems, and the evaluator's conclusion. Those details help you judge whether the results apply to your own shops.
A sample shipment confirms that a product was sent for review. It does not, by itself, confirm that testing was completed or that the company approved a purchase.

Plan a trial before expanding
For a chain or service group, select locations that reflect the equipment and work in the wider business. For an individual shop, choose a representative set of jobs. Agree on the trial period, number of jobs, and acceptance criteria before starting.
Use the same method at each location
Name a central review owner and a lead at each participating shop. Record the products, lots, equipment, current methods, and instructions used. Review chemical handling and grip fit with the technicians. Keep the comparison consistent so differences between locations are visible.

Compare results and costs
Review results by location as well as across the trial. Include the job counts, dates, and problems observed. For chemicals, divide delivered bottle cost by usable fluid ounces, then multiply by the amount used per job. Measure labor and rework separately.
Decide where to go next
Operations should recommend purchase, further testing, or stopping, with reasons. Purchasing can then confirm whether approval covers selected shops or a wider program. Before expansion, agree on technician instructions, ordering arrangements, replenishment, and how product issues will be handled.
A short trial can establish fit and usability. Claims about injury reduction require separate evidence.

Quotes, supply, and ordering
Tell us which products you are considering, the number of locations involved, the equipment in use, and your expected order quantities. For a single shop, send the same information for that location.
Confirm the requirements for a wider rollout
Ask CHAOS to confirm production capacity, lead times, ordering or distributor options, and replenishment for the expected volume. Your technical team can also request information about quality checks, lot traceability, and how product or formula changes are communicated.
Agree on the instructions technicians will receive, the contact for product issues, and any rollout support needed. These supply and support arrangements must be confirmed for your program; this guide does not commit to a service level.
Get the commercial details in writing
Request a quote covering products, quantities, packs, availability, freight, delivery estimates, payment terms, returns, warranty, and price validity. Purchasing can request a W-9, insurance confirmation, item-setup details, case dimensions, pallet details, and applicable supplier-diversity documents.
A starting point for trial quantities
One case of Quick Dry ($90), one case of Bubble Check ($86), and four pry bar grips ($99.80) total $275.80 before freight and tax. Adjust the quantities to the participating shops and jobs. Sample allowances and training costs should be confirmed separately.
