Prep N Stick chain trial scorecard
Use one row per location and the same measurement method throughout the trial. Record what staff observed. Do not convert a limited trial into an ROI claim or rollout promise.
Location measurements
For time, use the same timer start and stop points at every store. For consumption, record starting and ending bottle weight or measured ounces, not a visual guess.
| Location | Wheels observed | Current prep product | Baseline avg prep seconds per wheel | Quick Dry avg prep seconds per wheel | Quick Dry used oz | Same-shift weight redos | 24-hour adhesion check | 7-day adhesion check |

Observed conditions and exceptions
Capture facts that could change the comparison. Use store or wheel identifiers when possible.
Wheel finishes and condition
Painted, clear-coated, chrome, corrosion, adhesive residue, temperature.
Process adherence
Old adhesive removed, clean step wiped, bond-area prep allowed to dry, weight pressure applied.
Adhesion observations
Lift, movement, residue, redo, or no issue. Record when observed.
Handling and store feedback
Bottle control, dry time, training questions, storage, PPE, or purchasing friction.
Review ruleCompare the recorded trial with the defined baseline. Report the location count, wheel count, dates, and exceptions with every conclusion. A favorable trial does not establish guaranteed savings, universal adhesion performance, or chain-wide results.
